We what to make sure that you and your child love the product.
If you regret your purchase, you have the right to return it within 30 days. The goods are to be returned in the same conditioned as when received, with handtag or original packaging. The freight will only be refunded if your purchase on the order is over AUD $200.
In case of incorrect packing, WHEAT Down Under will refund the freight.
Include the receipt from the freight or send a copy to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will then refund the freight to you.
Here’s how to complete your return in a few quick steps:
◦On your original packing slip or invoice mark which items you would like to return.
◦Package your return, remembering that your original mailing bag can be used for this return. Please be sure to include all original packaging and tags for the clothing. Any items returned without original tags will not be refunded, product damaged due to production defects except.
◦Affix your Australia Post Return Shipping label to the package. Make sure no other tracking labels are visible.
◦Take the package to your nearest Australia Post outlet or drop box and wait to hear from us.
Once your return is received at our warehouse, it will be processed within 5 business days. You will receive an email from us once your return has been processed. Its thats easy!
For exchanges simply visit the website and place a new order for the items you would like.

We offer 6 months' right of complaint. If the product is damaged due to production defects, we offer to repair the item or replace it. The right of complaint does not include complaints made in relation to wear and tear, wrong use of the product, etc.
